Still showing a lot more than the NAM is/was. Also the current radar appears to be filling in a bit now.

Getting returns further Northwest. This may be the beginning of the radar filling in.

For NE TX the HRRR still shows 2 to 4 and locally a bit higher. Not the 6 inches it showed earlier today. Pretty much in now cast mode to watch how things develop along the river. Hope it starts popping soon.

How's the forecast for Austin look? Looking at the HRRR, it seems to put us right on the outskirts again, but maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing.

Radar really lighting up in Johnson County heading into Tarrant County.

I should be seeing this band shortly.

Looks like it’s going to be a fine line between a lot of mixed precipitation and pretty light amounts. Could be really close. But like you said, I could be looking at things wrong also. Either way, it seems that there will be enough to mess the roads up pretty bad.

We are getting sleet right now in Cedar Hill. Heaviest it's been here.

Thanks for that. Still a little ways to go before the good forcing gets here. We just get impatient.

Brighter returns showing up in Johnson county with every update of the radar. There is likely some moderate/heavy sleet in that band.
