I do not see what you are referring to. Looks like the whole mass is moving in one direction to me. About how far away from Ponce are you looking? Maybe I am missing something.

Looks like straight SSE-NNW movement to me, too.

If there is any circulation to this system it is just off the NE tip of Hispaniola in a very small area. I have been trying to find what NHC is referring to and have been unable to find anything at this point that makes me thing there is a LLCC forming.
