Re: ATL: ISAAC - Tropical Storm - Discussion
My thoughts are with those in the islands, hoping this doesn't decide to RI in the small opening he has, then after that gonna be watching to see if it will be a Caribbean Cruiser and if it stays on a Due W course or decides to take a slight WNW course and try to go up in between the YP and Cuba.

We should continue to monitor it carefully as this little boy wants to go west towards the EC islands. What are your latest thoughts about TS ISAAC?
Hi Gusty
I was discussing with a journalist at 9AM, and was telling him I was sure the best track underestimates the current intensity. For me Isaac is HU with 70-75 kts. We will verify that at 15z. My friends are crazy with HRWF (and I don't like it), they believe in RI today, like +10kts/6 hrs minimum... I'm on a steady +10 kts/12 hrs
Did you have time to buy water? Our people is crazy. ALL supermarkets were out stock yesterday...
Excellent analysis concerning the intensity my friend cannot be more agree with you.
Whereas, let's hope that it stays like that for the moment, curiously the RI never happen luckily. But like you i'm a bit suspicious about that and the 11 am tend to emphasizes on that maybe underestimation intensity who has been kept at 60 kts ... "One-minute visible satellite data from GOES-16 indicate that the center of Isaac remains on the westward edge of the central dense overcast. The initial wind speed is kept at 60 kt, which is acompromise between the lower subjective estimates and higher ADTs and microwave estimates. This is a more uncertain estimate than normal due to the spread of the intensity fixes". Also " The initial Wind and 12 ft seas radii have been expanded out to the north based on
TAFB estimates and microwave data". Something to keep an eye on!
Yes HRWF has been crazy since many days, let's see what will happen the next couple of hours, we should stay on our guard about that X factor. Anyway, Isaac looks in better shape today so we must keep an eye on him as it trecks westward and as a Hurricane Watch have been issued for Guadeloupe. Looks like Dominica and Guadeloupe even Antigua are the most exposed islands in the lastest projection.
I've some water but not too much. Yes people are crazy after Maria's disaster in Guadeloupe, that's worrying, hope in that story that Isaac stay polite during the next 48 hours...
Be on your guard all my friends, keep watching Isaac!
