After getting big, wet flakes here in Tioga for a while it had stopped, but seems to be starting up again. Smaller flakes but still coming down.

Snow has stopped for a little bit—just some light flakes right now.

Congrats to those who got to see some flakes.

As for everyone else, well it will be a colder pattern generally overall that we've all highlighted to be after the 20th for about a week now. Hopefully we'll get better shots than novelty.

We may see some snow here in about a week from NW flow (surprising right?) but you'll have to cross your fingers we don't get the brunt of the dry, deep cold.

Irving should see an uptick in intensity in a moment according to radar.

Looks like anywhere south of 183 got dry slotted, it dried up just coming over DFW airport. Luckily I got about 20 minutes of good flakes.

It'll mostly be a flizzard. The greatest lift is over in Collin County and to the north of there.

DFW airport had a wind gust of 43 mph not too long ago!

That was fun and gets me excited about the chances the rest of winter. Still light snow here but looks like winding down soon. So goodnight everyone, again.

My front lawn is completely white here in Denison. Close to an inch I would guess.

Finally getting snow out there after such a long drought huh? I am happy for you all out there!

I was really getting worrired about some of you all really going off the deep end :D. It is finally happening for you all and now hopefully some of you can relax a lit easier now. Lol...

DFW continues its steak of at least a trace of snow. Hopefully they get real accumulating snow within the next couple weeks.
