Making my weather station stronger..help!
I have an accurite 5 in 1 weather station. I have it mounted on a 30 ft telescoping flag pole guyed to three shed anchors in the ground that run down about 5 feet. I want to upgrade this setup to a much stronger pole to replace the flagpole that I have set up currently due to the trial and error of the flagpole flexing too much in low winds. Since im in a hurricane area I want to get it as strong as possible to catch hurricane force winds if that time comes. I have been looking at top metal fence post and sectioning them together to get to 30 ft and guying them. Eventually I will end up getting a davis vantage pro much later. Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you thought about contacting your nearest NWS office and asking what they suggest?
