Osama Bin Laden in an audiotape makes threats to the US

Now the question is if the voice heard in that tape is from bin laden but we will know by next week as the CIA is analizing the audio.I still think that if he is alive and that voice is his he is hiding at the northeast corner of Pakistan near the afganistan border.

I doubt he'd do it Bill....Osama is a coward. He brainwashes others to do his dirty work for him. IMO hell will freeze over before Osama Bin Laden sets foot on an airliner with plans to fly it into a skyscraper.

Aw, shucks...it would be SO simple!

He'd get his horse, a shamshir (scimitar) and a shield; I'd be on a horse, with axe and shield. He'd yell "Allahu Akbar!" (God is great), I'd scream "Deus Vult! (God wills it), just as our forefathers did 800 years ago, and have at it.

He's playing a game of cat and mouse - I'm sure that he wouldn't mind dying for his cause because then he'll become a martyr. That will only incite his followers more.

Osama will not fly a jet into a building in the US but he will die on our soil if he can. I just don't think a jet will give him visibility. It would take months to find DNA from that type of attack. Although there is a missing jet somewhere that has been converted into a cargo type aircraft with extra fuel capacity. He has stated the he plans to "die in the belly of the eagle", eagle being a symbol for the US. There has been much speculation on where the belly is so I won't go into that. He does have a navy so Osama might just sail into port one day. He could also come across the border, either Mexico or Canada. There is talk of something big going on during Ramadan this year. The 23 - 25 of November being a very likely date for the next attack on the CONUS. I will post more thoughts if any are interested as this could get long winded.

Beer, you make some interesting points and have some interesting insights, but this quote scares me. "Belly of the eagle" could very well be Houston. We ARE after all the fattest city in the US.

Houston was thought about as an area. It depends on how you want to interpret it. Could it mean "belly" as in food. That could be in the mid west with a grain poisoning. Also "belly" could be financial with NYC or Chicago. How about the "belly" of our power supply or goods.

Yeah Beer I'm talking about that kinda food...Osama will never stop and I am very concerned that our Ramadan observers and Allah worshippers (or at least some of them)more than hear Osama's voice. The scariest thing about this whole thing is that any of us could be living next to someone that is goin to do the deed, and better yet they have it all figured out that they are goin to use our stuff to do it. Heck after all we( the US) have taught them most of what they know. I'm afraid that the deck is stacked and just waiting for the word. The belly of the eagle has my attention, I'm sure there has been lots of thoughts on where this could be. Just a 1st guess or 1st thought in my mind could be the heart of the US, among many other possible targets... Keep us informed!
