19z FWD sounding with MU CAPE of 7,463 and SCP of 28. That's explosive.

That CAPE value was on the day of Jarrell too. Scary stuff. At the same time, jealous. :eek: :eek: :eek

Was literally about to say that. IIRC the upper-lever steering winds were very low which is what caused the tornado to move so slowly. Pray to God we don't have anything close to that today

Prime time now and most of the storms have fired to the northeast so far.
