If Dorian goes through or just north of Barbados I think it has a good chance of surviving after passing the Lesser Antilles.
The majority of TWs so far this season end up tracking north of the Greater Antilles, I am almost convinced Dorian will do the same. UKMET and ICON agree with me 8-)

watch a long loop. you will see a huge pulse emanating from the convection causing a collapse to the low level clouds. it is essentially a shockwave... a lot of displacement .. always interesting watch.

Deep convective burst taking place over the center of the system. I wasn't sure whether or not this mornings large convective burst would be able to sustain itself, but it's now seeming like it will.

SATCON (a consensus based on satellite estimates, including microwave ones) suggests Dorian is considerably stronger than NHC's official intensity.

Hmm... update is late. I wonder what intensity they'll put it at.

My posts are my own personal opinion, defer to the National Hurricane Center (NHC) and other NOAA products for decision making during hurricane season.
