What is JB saying about caribbean area?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

I haven't seen comments from him today as I dont pay for looking at his forecasts so I wonder what his thinking is about the caribbean area as the models haved backed off a bit.

JB says that's not the low to watch. By the way, he's in Jacksonville, FL now for the NWA conference, but he'll be back at the office tomorrow. Here's a brief snippet of his comments today:

"Tropics: I have no changes on my concern, stubborn as it is, that we are going to get something to come up out of there this weekend or early next week. The Eurga is leaving it down there, but it looks suspect as it's still southwest of Jamaica next Monday. While it's tempting to get excited about the low down there now, I still don't think that is the system. The trof over the east must first pull out and that's when that area can really crank."

Hmmm... While I actually agree with JB on the this isn't the low to watch ... IMHO, JB sure LOVES the UKIE.
