The legislation that was passed is probably illegal however it will be another court battle over that issue.

This story just keeps getting sadder and sadder. I just read an article (see link below) that says that Terri's husband, Michael, is refusing Terri's family from visiting her. As her legal guardian, he has the right to say who can and can't enter her room.
