The second paragrafh of the discussion says all about the caribbean area.It will be a slow developing system if it does so.Shear is not too strong south of 15n so it may have a chance if it not goes inland in centralamerica or if it stays below the 15n line.

Thanks for the info, Luis. We still have to keep an eye on the Atlantic tropics for at least another month - and possibly beyond (several seasons have had storms even in December).

I still think the Caribbean will spit out one more storm before the end of the 2003 season.
