This was quite weird to look at especially since Nicholas was "officially" declared dead. BUT someone tell the Canadian this. Or the GFS. Or the NOGAPS. Or the UKMET.

925mb Vorticity reveals that it's the remnants of Nicholas performing a cyclonic loop and finally losing it but another area begins to show up to the NE of it.
