Yeah that got surprisingly interesting quick

That storm down by Granbury is heading my way. That one could get ugly.

I'm watching that storm around North Fort Worth too, keeps hinting at a hook

Almost got an inch so far. Nice. With the line tonight assuming all goes well will have had the most rain since June.

Stepped outside since hook was just to my east. A little rotation but nothing too scary...yet.

Yep, both of those storms look like they're making a bit of a right turn. Lots of lightning out .

Wow! Wish I had a camera that could catch good night storm pics. This thing is putting on a show, also very good structure showing up during the flashes. This looks like trouble for N. Dallas and the Burbs.

I'm in the middle of the storm in southern Tarrant, lots of wind and heavy rain. Nice to have a good rain after the very warm afternoon. Hopefully will get some more from the line later on tonight

Seems likely that the Carthage storm was tornadic at least briefly. Very likely areas north of Carthage saw significant hail.

I haven't had much time to look at the upcoming set up but early indications are for a classic early season -EPO dump of Arctic air around Halloween. Is guess the coldest day would see thighs in the 40s with a widespread freeze. The SW flow should bring plenty of rain but will also limit how cold the lows get.

I’m just north of there but very heavy rain and sirens going off I honestly cannot tell you how long it’s been since I could say that

But the timing is perfect as it hit right as the Cowboys went to halftime and now my satellite is out.

That's a legit debris ball signature between the North Dallas Tollway and 75.

That might drag the hail core across our area.
