So why didn’t the NHC place any of SE La.
under a tropical storm warning when Olga was upgraded? It’s pretty obvious
based on what I’ve seen there definitely were tropical
storm force winds and weather all over SE LA. My brother lives
in the area and he said winds gusted up to 60 mph
In the Hammond, La for at least an hour and a half.
In my opinion, someone at the NHC was drinking
the “it’s only cold front low koolaid”.

Sadly, we had a fatality here in Mississippi because of the low pressure system formally know as Olga. A tree fell on someone and killed them. Sad deal.
