Do you remember those chewy molasses and peanut butter taffies wrapped in black or orange paper? I was eating one when I was a kid, and I bit down on something. I took it out of my mouth, and it was a bandaid. I guess it had come off someone's finger during packing. From then on, we've called that candy bandaid candy!

As Frick just pointed out, there's sooooo much delicious candy. If I HAD to pick just one, I guess I'd have to go with Smarties. I could eat a whole 16 oz. bag at once without looking back...and then some. :cheesy:

And there are several close seconds. ;)

I used to love getting the little Hershey's miniatures on Halloween....especially Mr Goodbars and Hershey w/almonds :)

I like most candy, except those that have nuts (especially almonds) and coconut.

I'd have to go along with the ever-popular Tootsie Roll, Milk Duds and those molasses-honey-caramel things that come in orange or black wax paper wrappers...

But, no one ever gives out WINTERGREEN LOZENGES!

When I was little, I had the "silly" habit of reading my candy bars after opening them....which came in handy when a mini-Hershey's Bar read "EX-LAX" one year...and, yes, I did get a few candy apples with pins and/or razor blades inserted.

Nice to feel liked and wanted at the age of six...

I'm a CANDYHOLIC.....especially the *junk* candy "LOL!" Ya know....nerds, Bottle Caps, Gobstoppers, anything made by WillyWonka! Really don't care for chocolate that much, never did. I guess my ALL TIME favorite is Bobs Peppermints.......they're soft peppermints, comes in balls and sticks during Christmas. My favorite candy bar, "Payday!"

I like root beer hard candy, too. A matter of fact, my parents and I were at Wal-Mart today to get a few things and we got some A&W Root Beer Candy. :D

I prefer mints, like Junior Mints and York Peppermint Patties many times more than hard peppermint candy.
