Currently blizzarding where I’m at

The dramatic angles, turns, and close ups you took made this video A++++ material! Like footage from the 2014 Nightcrawler film but with weather.

Thank you! :froze: took a lot of effort because wind chill is already in the teens!

Looks like the snow is really heavy even though it looks light on the radar. The heaviest part is around Austin and it seems that part of snow will be heading NE to my location in about a hour!

Wow the radar is lighting up crazily! There is snow all around Texas stretching from San Antonio to Paris. Conveniently, it’s bowing around DFW. Am I surprised? No.

TWC says “Less than 1 inch of accumulations” here in Bell. Let’s see if we beat that

Getting snow here on the southside of Austin, just a slight coating on tree limbs and my car and some in the yard. Nice to see but will be over soon.

Some accumulation here now; not on paved surfaces, but shrubs, vehicles, etc...

Drizzle has started so at least the lower levels are becoming saturated. Any heavier and it should pull down enough cold to fall as sleet and then snow. No sleep for a few hours for me.

Awesome. I hope to get similar in a bit. Good time to work on marketing the farm I am trying to start up until the snow arrives.
