National Tropical Weather Conference - April 1-4

It's that time of year again. Time to start thinking about attending the NTWC on S. Padre Island at the beginning of April. I'm registered and have a flight booked. For those of you wanting to travel up as a group, here's my itinerary on Southwest:

Depart HOU for HRL: Flight 1287 at 10:30am on Wednesday, April 1.
Depart HRL for home: Flight 4560 at 12:35pm on Saturday.

I wanted to leave later than 12:35 Saturday, but there was only one other return flight that day, and it was at 7:30pm. Never a good idea to book the last flight of the day. ;-)

I have registered and made reservations on United from IAH, which works better for me since I am on the NW side of town. I am scheduled into Harlingen at 11:13am on Wednesday April 1st. I am scheduled out of Harlingen on Saturday the 4th at 2:15 pm on Saturday the 4th.

Is there a schedule or itinerary for this somewhere? I've always wanted to attend one of these, and it's not impossible that I could free up some time to drive down there this year for some of it, but I might need to be judicious with how long I can possibly attend.

We'll get to Harlingen around the same time and ride over to the hotel together. See you in 4 weeks.

Just checked Southwest flights and the price has dropped to $49 each way. I cancelled and re-booked.
