Back to dual outflow channels.
Check that sink in the Bahamas.
Last I saw something like this was in the WPAC somewhere.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

This storm has looked great for a few days now, but its size was a inhibiting it from growing, thank goodness. Last few hours, you can visibly see its consolidated quite a bit. Wouldnt mind more rain here in houston, but i need to be careful what i wish for.

Hanna is so out of place for a July Atlantic storm.

That's absolutely true, even though the ACE is below the record the sheer amount of storms show that right now in this basin everything everywhere wants to spin up

Getting tapped from the EPAC and W Carib.
The dropping pressure and amount of time left will allow it to take a good long drink.

What a beauty, looks like something you'd see in the early WPAC season

I would imagine NOAA would send out at least one more plane tomorrow. They should’ve released tomorrow’s schedule, although I forget where to find it.

If it kept the current speed, it would be over water for 20 more hours.
Hanna still has time to cook.
