Probably will be upgraded back to a hurricane at the 8 pm advisory. The NE quad is in the next pass.

65 KT SFMR surface wind so far. I think he's there, if just barely.

69 kt SFMR. Hurricane Isaias is back, and unfortunately right as it’s gonna be coming ashore, so it could be worse then usual.

Wilmington radar is picking up all kinds of >70 mph winds on the east and northeast side.

Floridians owned this board until yesterday, we are in recovery mode after the storm passed

Here in Jupiter, think my mango tree blew a couple leaves into the pool. Still recovering.

Thoughts and prayers.

The storm has been interesting to follow it could have been a much worse storm. I am thankful it never really got cranked up until this evening

NE quad is a little weaker at surface, likely due to less convection to bring down winds aloft.

Recon found >65 kt FL winds on both sides of the eyewall during that pass, and SMFR estimates got up to 70 kt on one side. Welcome back Hurricane Isaias.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

Oak Island area is under the gun for a pretty significant tornadic threat. Well defined couplets coming onshore on the velocity scan.

How far out do the strongest winds extend from the center of Isaias?

Looks like Charlotte is being squeezed between feeder bands and a cold front.
