The meat of the season officially begins one week from now! I hope the season doesn't end up being too devastating, but it's 2020, and all signs unfortunately point to a sleepless few months ahead.

I just hope Marco doesn't get axed this year (although it's looking quite dangerous at this point), because we need Marco for Polo in the EPAC. We haven't gotten them at the same time yet, and I'm pretty sure that was the intent of the people who first created this name list.

Excuse my apparent ignorance but if Kyle is next, and Laura follows that one, how does "Nana" (a second straight female name) follow? Just curious.

Very frontal looking, but it does not have the usual dry air problems storms this close to the continent usually have. I definitely could see it develop banding and be classified as an STS.

Agreed. If it can lose some of that frontal appearance I think there is a high likelihood we with end up with Kyle. As it gets more East I think it will break away and become its own entity.

Yes this looks classifiable to me a bit of elliptical circulation but t-storms should be close enuf to coc to classify maybe pure tropical to start.
