It's been four years I believe since anything's formed in this area.

Recon descended, but it's not reporting anything but FL winds and estimated pressure. No SFMR.

750ft is the highest point in the area in question.

Essentially the only hills you'll find across much of the Yucatan are gonna be of human origin, often Mayan ruins; near coastal regions like the road from Majauhal to Chacchoben at least are incredibly flat and marshy. With attendant tree damage still lingering from Hurricane Dean's vicious winds.

Not a meteorologist, in fact more of an idiot than anything. You should probably check with the NHC or a local NWS office for official information.
