I live in Panama City. I mean it's been raining pretty much non stop since yesterday afternoon but it's been light to moderate with a few deluges here and there. I don't see what you are referring to in the link. It only shows 1" rain for Panama City on the Graphic. What am I missing??

Yes, I know that there is still a circulation that is about to come into Louisiana, and there are storms effecting the Florida/Alabama/Mississippi Coast, but a lot of these areas are used to these type of storms, so it shouldn't be that bad.

The only hazards left with Marco are rain/flooding and an isolated tornado to the northeast of the center. If “landfall” does happen, the impacts will be almost non-existent near the center. We’ve gotten more wind and rain in Tallahassee than the Louisiana coast.

Recon just found the pressure of around 1007mb, so down a notch. I’m surprised it hasn’t stretched out completely with t-storms to it’s northeast and the high trying to push it west.

East central Bay County in the Panhandle of Florida...

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 323 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hiland Park, or near Lynn Haven, moving north at
10 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Lynn Haven around 350 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include

But we knew the weather would be NE from yesterday as it sheared off and headed westward. I’m still hoping it will fire off a round tonight during DMAX when hopefully it’s to our SW. I spent too much on provisions for only 12mph breezes and a couple raindrops.

I don’t feel like going back in the thread but it was some of the low tier models that started showing this late last week. A couple of them bright it west and even down the TX coast, but some were favoring Laura coming up on a trajectory far NE of the current one.
