Hmm.. Dixie maybe we'll have a late season flight on what's left of Nicholas there. November 1st is just hours away and we're about to start the final month.

Most models say development..? I also believe there is going to be some development. My big question is just how much development there will be.

I would say a TS. Perhaps a hurricane but most likely a TS.
