I think that migt be the storm that was in our area early this morning
I went and unplugged my modem..I already had a modem fried once..don't want that to happen again.
the storm was quite severe and lasted a long time but gave us almos no rain..just lots of thunder and lightening..the dogs were terrified!
My husband just said this morning that he bets that storrm would go on and dump a lot of rain on PR

Satellite pictures and surface observations from Piarco International Airport, Trinidad (TTPP) also confirmed numerous showers and thunderstorms over much of Northern Trinidad from late morning through the afternoon. A rainy Halloween.

msbee this is part of a big trough in the eastern caribbean that extends from that low pressure we are watching so until that complex system goes away to the west we will continue to see this kind of weather.

ONE FATALITY

I saw a report of a boy drowning in a creek Friday afternoon at Rio Piedra due to those thunderstorms on Puerto Rico.

Yes a boy died yesterday but not in a creek but in an aqueduct line as he was walking in the sidewalk he fell in a hole and it was raining hard and then the current sended him away 500 yards but he died minutes later.

A new round of thunderstorms is now in San Juan so I may probably be off-line until it passes.
