this... one good snowstorm and I'd be okay. I don't really care for extreme cold which is always dry anyway(or snowing somewhere in a direction that annoys you

).

La Niña cold snaps typically bring the pain. El Niño cold snaps typically bring borderline events.

I don't want to hear wxman's BS thisyear, Laura was enough for me. Shoot me straight, it's gonna be so cold that wxman is gonna make a run for the equator right?

Speaking of me, I bring news that frigid air from Canada may be arriving next Wednesday. I may need to head to the Equator soon...

Don't worry about me, I'm shoring up my wall over the next several days. The cold won't make it to Texas.

What wall? That thing was torn down after the lack of cold and winter weather last year. All cold air will now be allowed to push into TX from Canada without any issues.

The first Winter wx advisories and Winter Storm Watches are out for the Rockies 6000 ft and up. The first signs of the changing of seasons.

Most of the discussion is taking place over in the fall thread (as this is meteorological fall currently

) if you want to check it out!

Is it safe to post here again? I feel like we're pissing off 2020 by posting here.
So when can we expect at least another low humidity front like the one we just had? I'm ready!
