That station is supposed to update every 15 minutes. The last reading of 966.29 was recorded more than 1 hour ago

It should be possible to use their last recorded pressure and distance to the exact position of Goni’s center, and using a pressure gradient as recorded by recon in storms of similar sizes, estimate the exact central pressure. Someone did this with Haiyan and got 858 mbar.

Tiwi is now inside the eye and it's possible that the station is still logging data - maybe the transmission is the problem (blackout and damaged communication lines / cell signal)
