San Jose Bridge - Bula down to 968.87mb. It's still consistently reporting and yet to be in the eye.

Re: WPAC: GONI - Typhoon
Video from Buhi @second landfall, impossible to tell ofc how strong the winds are from a grainy video but it looks intense.

San Jose bridge Bula : 958.33mb @ 8:40:12
I'm thinking Virac took the real brunt of the storm. So we have to wait a few days for official information (if available) to confirm that. Naga and the areas south of Manila should expect strong Cat.4 conditions here on out.

Re: WPAC: GONI - Typhoon
The JTWC at 947 is too high as well. At 0z it was still probably packing 935-940 mb

Re: WPAC: GONI - Typhoon
I've been busy the last couple days but I estimate the peak intensity to be 180 kt based on its appearance. Imagine if we had Recon though?
