Looks like it's a borderline hurricane according to recon. See what the NHC decides to do.

Looks like the HWRF and HMON correctly predicted this transitioning from a pinhole core to a normal-sized core.

That forecast probably suggests a 115kt landfall. That 110kt point is still a decent way off the coast

I mean we started using Greek letters during the peak months of a hyperactive season, is it really surprising that the Greek letters this season represent the majority of the named hurricanes and major hurricanes?

Eye drop recorded 987mb with 21kt winds, should be good for about 985mb. That's a 4mb drop from the most recent NHC advisory.
