It's possible. I think a hurricane of Cat 1 or 2 is extremely likely.

I think it's possible. If the question was a cat 1 or cat 2 I'd say yes, but I'm a bit more reluctant to say yes to a cat 3. But as was seen with Iota you never know, so I'm not counting out the possibility.

Yes. I think a final Cat-3 into Central America—think Beta, Otto—or OTS over the Sargasso Sea (the latter à la Nov ‘34) is quite probable. Anything stronger? No.
