Up to 30%.

Shower activity associated with a frontal low pressure system
located several hundred miles southeast of Bermuda has become a
little better organized today. The low could acquire some
subtropical characteristics during the next day or two while it
drifts south-southwestward. After that time, the system is expected
to move north-northeastward into an area of less favorable
environmental conditions.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.

Odds are looking a little better for this system to develop. I was certain it was a goner last night, but now it does have a better chance to briefly become Kappa.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

I definitely had my doubts but wow this could pull it off. Have seen subtropical storms classified looking about like this, just need to get a well defined LLC by tomorrow evening and could be looking at storm #31. Kinda want to push named storm record into ridiculous territory because why not. Also apparently will break the November named storm record though Eta is technically October genesis. The only limiting factor is probably time... such a short window of opportunity

Not a meteorologist, in fact more of an idiot than anything. You should probably check with the NHC or a local NWS office for official information.
