The new eyewall looks good. As long as shear remains low in the near-term, Habana could explode once again.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

SMAP with a very impressive 133 kt at 0034 UTC on 2021-03-11. This was before the EWRC completed.
