I see potentially 4. 2 appear to be a trough axis at this point(south and west PLLC, the original, and a fourth that may be developing) I call Potential LLC a PLLC.

follow the convection.. and that is def off the south coast with that vort there.. likely take over.

It's very hard to make out any areas of rotation with all the convection, but there does appear to be a faint circulation just South of Central Cuba with some South and West winds. Honestly it's just wait and see territory with Fred, too complex and disorganized right now.
