Just thought I'd mention that as 8:06 pm eastern approaches I am getting a beautiful view of the eclipse tonight

Just came in from the roof. Splendid sight indeed. 7:06 pm CST exactly it was totally covered. But I think that my ears are redder than the moon.(19 degrees) Although I could see a definate reddish tint. No ice crystals in the air like I had hoped, but what the heck. Clear skies here and great view.
