UPDATE: I-10 Evacuation traffic continuing into the night as more cars are getting on the road to leave. There are also some reports of gridlock conditions once you get near lake Charles region.

Same plane that had issues or different plane? Hoping that it's a different plane.

It's on FlightRadar and appears to be heading towards Ida.

+Note when the plane gets to the storm and at operational altitude it will no longer be tracked on here.

Probably had to make a change on one of the avionics boxes.

Winter 2020-2021 :cold:

All observations are in Tecumseh, OK unless otherwise noted.

Winter posts are focused mainly for Oklahoma & Texas.

Take any of my forecasts with a grain of salt, refer to the NWS, SPC, and NHC for official information

AF303 potentially landed for a quick fix and then took back off.

Checking-in after a Saturday high school football game. We had a nice easterly breeze and it was pleasantly mild - especially for an August football game.

As for Ida this trend is what I was expecting. I don’t really have much new to add. The Grand Isle area still looks like a good call to me. It’s sickening though - I love the city of New Orleans and have lots of ties there. I’m very concerned about the people who chose to leave or don’t have the means to get out. Get ready folks, unfortunately we are seeing a terrible disaster unfold.

I'm having a very sickening feeling from this personally (Even though I'm living in Oklahoma) . . . I'm also seeing a Multi-Billion Disaster as well . . .
