There are no pressure falls that could indicate something suspisious is going on there as the two bouys that are located just east of the islands show in their data. That area is related to a surface trough.

We started getting thunder about 20 minutes ago but no rain as yet. We had many welcome showers on Friday but yesterday was mostly fair (at least in my area of the island).
It's been way too dry this year. Normally, late October to early November is the wettest time of year in Barbados but the heavy duty rains just haven't materialised this year.
Update: I've just been told that we had some heavy showers overnight. Great! The more the merrier.

This system is showing no signs of development. It isnt even showing any pre-development signs. This is just a run of the mill rainstorm for the islands, nothing more. Maybe a weak cyclone will form; however, CMC (it pains me to say this as this is my favorite model and I have hugged this one all season) looks to be on something at the present time. I cannot see anything that deep forming and eveb if it were to form, it does not look to be a threat to the USA

Looks like a normal diurnal fluctuation. There is no -.51" pressure tendency that I can see. In fact, the pressure was lower yesterday than today.
