Celestial Seasonings Chamomile Tea, soft music, muted light and a clearing of the mind for an hour or so does wonders for me...no TV, PC, or family still awake (Annabelle [she be a ho'] doesn't count).

Sex is a great sleep aid. I realize that it's not possible for everyone.

Otherwise, if I'm not sleepy I lay down and start reading. Takes the mind off of things, and I ususally don't finish one page before I'm out.

Also, is caffiene a possible culprit?
