I saw the "Winter Weather" Advisory for VA and MD and I was like "What the??" I see now that it's for a freeze warning. I'll bet you that my area will have one also.

I would think 55 degrees in early November is relatively cold for Lafayette, Louisiana.

Not really, our normal low is 51 for that date. I want cold and 30 degree temps!

Hey, bfez, if the snow comes through mid-southern
TN, I'll give it a big PUSH to ya'll!

It's been in the 40's and 50's in the AM, here...
I have yet to put on my coat, leaving
for work in the morning. Being a nurse,
the light long-sleeved lab jacket has been enough!

Bring on the cold!!! :D

I see that Lafayette, Louisiana is pretty far south, located approximately 6 miles north of the 30°N line.

Jacksonville, Florida is about 25 miles north of 30°N.

Well to mention quickly (I will have a full update btw shortly) seems like a pretty decent sized storm headed for the lakes, here where i am at and the eastcoast as well which could bring a pretty decent snowstorm to the NE and my first accumulating snows as well and as well the first big lake effect event for the eastern Lakes...........Behind that it turns cold again from the TN Valley/Mid Atlantic on north.................

More on this in my Storm2K weather central update!!! Be sure to check it out!!!!!!
