I just know when they do upgrade it if it develops they going to go right to tropical storm, like they did with 90% of the storms this year.

puerto Rico is a part of the USA, so whatever this is is a USA threat.

However, I would NOT send in the recon as this system remains under very strong shear. The earlier convection may have been shear enhanced and has alreayd begun to weaken. Thi did not look like a TS, merely a TW that underwent a temporary bursting pattern, which has now weakened as expected

You know I meant the CONUS. I KNOW PR is part of the US. :roll: :roll:

Technicalities ....how silly, of course when we speak of the USA we usually refer to the CONUS, I think Der knows this, just trying to be funny for some reason....
