There seem to be a couple of vortices, one NW of PR, and one SSE. Probably rotating around a broader area of low pressure. CMC is odd with the 12Z run, showing one piece of energy going NE, and the other winding up SW of Haiti. In fact, the one SW of Haiti is the only one showing a surface reflection. Tons of convection firing SSE of PR. Luis, be prepared for some serious flooding!

I'm not sure what you are seeing SW of Haiti, Steve, but I can definitely pick out the one NW of PR. Having trouble finding the other vortices. Definitely a large low pressure area though. That convection looks WICKED!!! Like you said to Luis, I say to all the people in the Islands-BE PREPARED FOR LONG LASTING FLOODING RAINS IN EVERY AREA AND ALSO MUDSLIDES IN MOUNTAINOUS AREAS. THIS LOOKS LIKE IT COULD TURN INTO A SERIOUS SITUATION FOR ALL OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS, VIRGIN ISLANDS AND PUERTO RICO!! At this point I don't see development into a TS ATT.
