Congrats buddy. Alot of snow for sure. Most snow I've ever seen is 9 inches in the March 2015 event.

No congrats yet, still have to see how long we'll keep mixing here. Of course I've always been in it for the QPF with this storm not the snow and we're off to a good start QPF wise, so no complaints from me.

Kansas City is about to get absolutely clobbered right now, Thundersleet & Thundersnow has been reported SE of Emporia.

We had thundersleet/freezing rain earlier. Everything started accumulating way faster than expected. Once the snow starts it'll stick immediately so I won't have to worry about losing much to melting. Winds already picking back up at the airport here. Gusting to 45 mph. It's only going to get worse.

Looks like it may be predominately snow here, but I'll have to go out and check

From my FWD point:

Wednesday
A chance of rain, snow, and sleet. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 45. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Looks like I didn't even get .10 last night from the line.

Next week is starting to be more interesting though.

My rain Gauge said .6 inches, but the wind knocked it off place & most the rain was windblown, which makes it more closer to 1 to 1.25 inch, I had rainfall rates of up to 4 inches per hour earlier this morning, it was CRAZY!

Same for me, but we aren't too far from each other based on a comment you made recently. I'm about 1 mile from Rockwall/Collin line, near Ray Hubbard. I suspect you're near St. Paul.

12z Icon has a ice storm for a big chunk of the state as far south as the I-10 corridor next week.

I had a good amount of Lightning this morning, I believe that one of the strikes blew a hole in the wall

EDIT: The strong winds may have done it as well.

Brutal out here. 28F and winds that feel like 30mph. I don't understand how some of y'all like cold so much lol. I want the 60s we've had the last few days back.

I have to agree. I'm not excited about the cold today especially since the snow seems very limited to none

As for next week hopefully it either turns into a rain event or a legit snow or I'll pass
