Is this a possible LLC?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Is this a possible LLC?

Watch the Puerto Rico radar loop and you will see a low level circualtion trying to develop a couple of miles south of the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico. If this continues to develop, and the hurricane hunters confirms it, then a tropical depression or possibly a tropical storm could develop by this afternoon.

We will have to wait to the information of the hurricane hunters to see whether this is a tropical cyclone or not.

Radar sure does seem to indicate that there is circulation developing SE of PR and shows absolutely nothing radarwise NW of PRin the Mona PAsage where NHC seems to think this could be reforming. I must admit I saw the NW one and not the SE one which is obvious on radar. Whether this develops or not it looks like the Islands are going to get POUNDED!!!!

EVERYONE IN THE ISLANDS BE SAFE!!!

See my recent post about this apparent MID level circulation center. I don't see any evidence that it extends to the surface.
