Recon is up northwest of Puerto Rico still on its way southeast. I don't know if it plans to investigate the apparent LLC northwest of PR or not:

URNT11 KNHC 111831
97779 18314 30197 69500 58400 34014 56622 /4583
RMK AF966 01IIA INVEST OB 07

Decoded: Near 19.7N/69.5W Wind 340/14kts but they're way up there around 20,000 ft or so, I believe.

Recon is now finding up to 30kt SSW wind (200-210deg) in the vicinity of 17N/66.6W. This is about 100 miles west of that mid-level center - clear evidence that there is no LLC south of St. Croix.
