This has rapidly developed into a TC. It might even be up to 40-45 kt by now. All of the global models have consistently shown 90S rapidly becoming a compact hurricane-force system over the next 36 hours or so, which seems to be verifying based on satellite trends today.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.
