Re: 2022 Severe Weather
I think we'll see a 15 hatched moderate risk for N OK/S KS tomorrow. Very dangerous event ahead for some of the same areas affected by Friday's storms. Although C OK is currently in the 10 hatched tornado area, I think that might get trimmed to focus on areas further north. I don't really think we'll see much in C OK but of course it'll be a wait and see thing.
Also make sure you pay attention to official sources like the NWS and SPC, as tomorrow is going to be dangerous across the whole area, even if storm coverage is isolated further south.

Re: 2022 Severe Weather
Is it the first time in history in U.S that it happens about two tornadoes hitting a same place or has happened before?

It's happened before. Happened on 4/12/20 in MS but I believe the most famous example is Tanner AL with 2 F5's in the 1974 super outbreak. Then you have Dodge City in 2016 which had like 7 from the same storm. I'm sure there's a lot more but those are the big ones I can think of

Tornadoes are notorious for striking the same place again. Both Andover and Lockett have had direct impacts before. In fact, just last year Lockett had a tornado.

Yup there were also places on 4/27/11 in Alabama that got hit twice
The Tanner example is definitely the most infamous though

Yes, I'm currently in Orlando, FL, will be back home next week.
My Neighbor had to go to the Storm Shelter she had, but everything is fine at the house. Still in one piece!

Apparently lost power for several hours, but it's restored there. (My grandmother has talked to her neighbor)

Last night was wild here in central NC, saw a tree that was blown down into the street, and it snapped a power pole in half, knocking out power for a few hours.

Re: 2022 Severe Weather
Haven't posted here in a bit but today is an extremely dangerous wind event for the northern plains. Large 45 hatched moderate risk up with a PDS severe thunderstorm watch for 105(!) mph winds possible.

IMO this setup is 60 hatched wind-driven high risk material but the SPC hasn't done that since 2014 so I doubt they'll do it here. But either way, massive wind/derecho potential up there today. Hopefully everyone stays safe.

Re: 2022 Severe Weather
Crazy derecho, definitely would have verified as a 60 hatched wind risk but it's tough to know exactly how these MCS events are going to play out so I can definitely see why they kept it at 45. The only good thing about today was the strong tornado threat never materialized but that doesn't matter much when the MCS is basically a Cat 1 hurricane moving through. Wind threat definitely reached its max potential today unfortunately.

Yep, pretty widespread 70-90mph winds and the highest report I saw was 107mph
