I prefer the most a good breakfast to then have a rest of the day to not eat too much. But I know that the members here have their own preferences about the best time to have a good meal so go ahead and post your favorite meal. :)

Luis....I'm with you. I'd love to have a nice breakfast every day and then could bypass formal meals from that point on. My problems with reflux prevent me from eating after 5 pm already...one more reason why I like morning meals the best.

I don't eat breakfast. A big morning meal for me is coffee and a bagel. I do love breakfast food. Let's see, Eggs over easy, whole wheat toast, sausage, homefries and a big cold glass of milk. My arteries are thanking me for not eating a big breakfast on a regular basis!!!!!!

During the week, lunch is my biggest meal of the day. Usually a chicken salad or some type of big salad.

The weekends are for a light breakfast, no lunch and a very nice dinner. Weekends are for being very nice to Karan.

I only eat once a day, and that's "dinner"; served about 1900 hours CST.

Even then, I eat about 1/3 of what Debi and coppertop consume at one sitting, and often have to "go without", esp. if the meal is heavy on starch, grease, red meat and/or "complex carbs" (Debi's a "southern" cook).

And, I don't drop a pound.

It depends. During the week, I prefer dinner - since I am at work all day and can relax more during dinner at home in the evenings. On weekends/holidays, I love to go out for breakfast - even it is in the afternoon. Nothing is better to me than a nice hot breakfast!

My favorite meal would have to be dinner. I rarely eat much at breakfast and I try to "watch" what I eat for lunch but when dinner comes its no holds barred!

I like all the meals. I normally skip breakfast. I used to never do that. But when I don't skip I have a bowl of cereal and a glass of orange juice.

I eat breakfast, but it's not my favorite meal. Dinner is my favorite because, like JCT, it comes after work and I can relax, unwind, and enjoy it, usually while catching the news. And if it's sushi, I really enjoy it! :)

I love breakfast. Cold winter weekend mornings when you can warm up the house with the smell and the sizzle of bacon or sausage and biscuits in the oven. It doesn't get any better than that! :D

Dang Luis...this is a TOUGH question, you know my size and it takes a LOT of FUEL to keep this body of mine going "LOL!" Hmmmmm, breakfast is my number one meal, lunch.....so, so and dinner, well, during the summer, it's a light supper, now that the cold weather has settled in, I LOVE soups, stews and ESPECIALLY the Snowman Special, Blue Corn Posole...."SPICY HOT!"
