Almost all of Oklahoma and Texas is under a heat advisory for this week, Excessive heat watches is for Tulsa, Eastern Oklahoma and into Fort Smith, Arkansas

I'm not sure what's going on, but the SOI index is crashing. The heatwave may not last long because of this. The Daily SOI index fell the -13 last week.
I'm surprised no one mentioned it.

Some people love heat & humidity, one of them is the teacher who I help at my summer job. She does get really cold really easily, so that might be the reason why she likes it.

I do my runs at 5-6am. But even then, it's so humid it feels like I'm swimming, and then I'm literally so drenched, I can wring out my shirt.lol
