TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1130 AM EST WED NOV 12 2003

A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO PRODUCE NUMEROUS SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER PORTIONS OF THE NORTHEASTERN CARIBBEAN
SEA...LAND AREAS FROM HISPANIOLA TO THE LEEWARD ISLANDS...AND THE
ADJACENT PORTIONS OF THE ATLANTIC. THE SHOWER ACTIVITY REMAINS
DISORGANIZED AT THIS TIME...AND CONDITIONS DO NOT APPEAR FAVORABLE
FOR SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM. HOWEVER...EVEN IF NO

LEEWARD ISLANDS...THE VIRGIN ISLANDS...AND PUERTO RICO. AN AIR
FORCE RESERVE UNIT RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT WILL INVESTIGATE THE AREA
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

Yes, apparently the NHC is still concerned or they wouldn't have OK'd another Recon. flight today.

True dixie.. you're right.. NHC must still think we may have a November system. I hope we do.. even if it's just a fish. It'd make things interesting.
