Just snapped a screen shot with obs plotted. I indicated 2 small vortices that are rotating cyclonically around a broad area of low pressure. This thing really doesn't qualify as a well-defined TD (poorly defined and doesn't have a SINGLE center), but it is most likely producing near TS-force winds in those squalls from eastern PR through the Virgin Islands.

Yeah 57 if there is good news from this for Puerto Rico is that it wont develop more than what it is now and we wont have to deal with more than rain.

Yeah.. what you guys don't need is wind to go with that rain. I hope you guys get granted some mercy and get some of the rain to stop

The system certainly hasn't moved too much in the last 48 to 72 hours. Any movement it has made appears to be very slightly west.
