A tropical is along 16W from 02N to 15N, moving W at 15-20 kt.
Scattered moderate isolated strong convection is noted from 05N
to 10N between 14W and 20W.

12Z GFS hinting this low will develop before crashing into Hispaniola and then back to a TD/TS into SFL in 10-11 days... Lots of land & upper level obstacles for this TW...
