Not yet, maybe it could be mentioned in the Post-Season Analysis.

All observations are in Tecumseh, OK unless otherwise noted.

Winter posts are focused mainly for Oklahoma & Texas.

Take any of my forecasts with a grain of salt, refer to the NWS, SPC, and NHC for official information

In the air according to Tropical Tidbits, looks to be about 45 minutes from the center at its current flying speed. Should get there by 20:00Z (4:00 PM EDT)

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

You're right, it is. Editing now.

Next low-level mission departs around 2145z.

Seems like the center is going over the SW corner of PR, which is much flatter than the middle of the island. That might explain the relative lack of ill effects on its strength and circulation

Looks like Fiona's core might've barely missed/made landfall on PR. It's very very close. Either way it seems like an optimal scenario for Fiona to maintain its strong core. And at the same time the worst-case scenario for PR since it's constantly impacted by Fiona's powerful eastern half.

Eye seems to be shrinking, looking way too good for a Cat 1 on radar

Yeah looks like it may have landfalled based on radar.
